Important information before paying for your examination:
You must be a current RSCDS Member to sit an RSCDS Examination. As part of your membership, you have access to The Manual and supporting resources through the Dance Scottish Dance Hub Resource Library.
When completing your booking, please include your RSCDS membership number and, where applicable, your examination centre or exam location in the order notes on the billing page. Payment must be received before you sit your examination. Please note that refunds are only available up to 28 days before the examination date. Your examination entry will be confirmed once your payment and any supporting application documents have been received and processed by the RSCDS Office. *Concessionary rates apply to members under 21 years of age and to students under 25 who are in full-time education at the time of the examination. The RSCDS Shop offers CDs, clothing, accessories, and other items for Scottish country dance enthusiasts, including only products published or recorded by the RSCDS, as well as officially branded RSCDS merchandise, available both online and in our physical shop. The CD on Demand service allows you to purchase music titles printed and delivered on demand by The Digital Publishing Center. Member and branch discounts do not apply.

Orders are typically dispatched within three to twelve working days. Delivery times vary by location.
European orders usually arrive in five to ten working days and may incur import VAT or customs duties. U.S. orders arrive in seven to fourteen working days and may also be subject to import taxes. Other international orders take ten to twenty-one working days.
For Europe, shipping currently costs approximately £8.50 for standard delivery, and orders usually arrive within five to ten working days. For the USA, standard shipping costs around £12.50, with delivery typically taking seven to fourteen working days. Please note that these rates are for guidance only and may vary depending on weight and local postal charges.
Important U.S. Shipping Update
All parcels to the U.S. are now subject to customs duties and taxes, regardless of order value. Books: generally duty-free (when classified under Chapter 49 HTS). CDs & mixed orders: may attract duties based on contents and shipping value.
Delays may occur at U.S. Customs.
Shipping costs are based on Royal Mail rates, parcel weight, and a small packing and handling fee to cover eco-friendly packaging. The RSCDS does not profit from postage.
Returns are accepted within fourteen days of delivery if you have proof of purchase and items are in their original condition. Contact the RSCDS office to arrange a return.
